PRAKASH JUNG THAPA, FCA
Qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in May 1995, he has more than 27 years of professional experience in the hardcore profession of accountancy, management consulting, auditing and taxation and holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He is associated with the World Bank as Financial Management Consultant for more than six years. He has been involved in projects like Reports on Observance and Codes – Audit and Assurance (ROSC-A&A) and review of several projects. He has been working as Consultant in Public Finance Management (PFM) mainly for subnational level Public Expenditure & Financial Accountability (PEFA) assessment of Nepal under Asian Development Bank (ADB) funding. He is also Financial Management Consultant to International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) of United Nations.
PARAKRAM NATH SHARMA, FCA
Mr. Sharma has more than 25 years of professional experience in the hardcore profession of accountancy, management consulting, auditing and taxation. Mr Sharma had been associated with the Asian Development Bank and GIZ as local consultant for various projects. He has also worked as a Deputy Team Leader on “Strengthening Public Management Program” under funding of ADB, DFID and EU. Before moving to Australia in 2006, Mr. Sharma has worked along with various high profiles commercial organisations at senior management level. This includes four years as a management team in Rastriya Banijya Bank funded by the World Bank Fund and DFID under “Financial Sector Reform Program”. He has wide range of experience in the audit and advisory services of Bank and Financial Institutions and providing different consultancy services to Financial Institutions.
NIRDESH SHRESTHA, FCA
Mr. Shrestha is a partner of the firm. Qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2013, he is a young and dynamic professional having in depth knowledge and experience in the hardcore profession of accountancy, management consulting, auditing and taxation. He has legal background as well with his LLB degree on hand which helps to overview the practice and advisory from legal perspective as well. His areas of experiences are mainly on banking, international /national organisations, schools, taxation and helping client managing their portfolio. He has more than 12 years of post-qualification experience including engagement partner of A Class Bank and other financial institutions and several other companies and international non profit organisations. He has served as Executive Member of The Association of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ACAN) 31st Executive Committee.
